MazeSuchi Privacy Policy

Bushizen built MazeSuchi as a free-to-download mobile game supported by advertising and optional in-app purchases.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, stored, and protected when you use MazeSuchi (the “Game” or “Service”).

By downloading or using MazeSuchi, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

MazeSuchi does not currently require users to create an account.

The Game stores gameplay information locally on your device, which may include:

Game progress and completed levels;
Stars and achievements;
Drachmas and other in-game currency;
Collected items and inventory;
Unlocked content and characters;
Selected character;
Endless Mode entitlement;
Remove Ads entitlement;
Music, sound, vibration, accessibility, and gameplay preferences;
Advertising privacy and consent choices, where applicable.

Bushizen does not operate a gameplay-data server or cloud account system for this version of MazeSuchi.

Depending on your Android and Google account settings, locally stored information may be included in an automatic device backup managed by Android or Google.

3. Advertising and Data Collected by Google AdMob

MazeSuchi displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

Advertisements may include:

Banner advertisements;
Interstitial advertisements;
Optional rewarded advertisements.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share certain information with Google and its advertising partners, including:

IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
Advertising identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID;
App Set ID and other device or account-related identifiers, where applicable;
App interactions, including app launches, taps, and advertisement views;
Diagnostic and performance information;
Device type, operating system version, and app version;
Information used to deliver, measure, secure, and prevent fraud involving advertisements.

Bushizen may receive aggregated advertising and performance reports through AdMob. Bushizen does not receive your payment-card information or use the Game to collect your name, telephone number, contacts, photographs, or precise GPS location.

4. Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices

Where required by applicable law, MazeSuchi uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to display a consent form before activating advertising services.

Depending on your region, you may be able to:

Consent to personalized advertising;
Refuse personalized advertising;
Manage advertising providers and purposes;
Request non-personalized or limited advertisements;
Revisit or change your privacy choices.

When available for your region, advertising choices can be reviewed through Settings → Privacy Policy → Ad Privacy Options inside MazeSuchi.

You may also reset or delete your Android Advertising ID through your device’s privacy settings.

Purchasing Remove Ads disables banner advertisements and forced interstitial advertisements. Optional rewarded advertisements may remain available when voluntarily requested by the player.

5. In-App Purchases

MazeSuchi offers optional one-time purchases through Google Play Billing, including:

Remove Ads;
Endless Mode.

Google Play processes these transactions. MazeSuchi may receive the product identifier, purchase status, purchase token, and entitlement confirmation required to complete, acknowledge, restore, or validate the purchase.

Bushizen does not receive or store your credit-card number, bank information, or Google Play payment credentials.

MazeSuchi may use the following device capabilities:

Internet access: required for advertisements, consent messages, Google Play Billing, and related Google services;
Vibration: used for optional gameplay haptic feedback.

MazeSuchi does not request access to your contacts, photographs, microphone, camera, telephone number, SMS messages, call history, or precise GPS location.

7. How Information Is Used

Information processed through MazeSuchi and its service providers may be used to:

Operate and maintain the Game;
Save and restore gameplay progress;
Process and restore purchases;
Display and measure advertisements;
Provide optional rewarded advertisements;
Remember privacy and gameplay preferences;
Diagnose crashes, errors, or performance problems;
Prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid advertising activity;
Comply with legal and platform requirements;
Improve the stability and operation of the Service.

MazeSuchi does not currently integrate a separate social-network account system or a separate analytics service operated by Bushizen.

8. Third-Party Service Providers

MazeSuchi uses third-party services that may process information according to their own privacy policies.

The primary services used by the Game are:

Google AdMob;
Google User Messaging Platform;
Google Play Services;
Google Play Billing.

These providers may process data on servers located outside your country. Their handling of information is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored gameplay information remains on your device until one of the following occurs:

You use the Reset Progress option in MazeSuchi;
You clear the Game’s data through Android settings;
You uninstall the Game;
The operating system removes the data.

Android backups may restore some locally stored information after reinstallation. Backup data is controlled through your Android or Google account settings.

Purchase records and information processed by Google are retained according to Google’s legal, security, accounting, and service requirements.

Because MazeSuchi does not maintain player accounts or a Bushizen gameplay server, there is no separate online MazeSuchi account to delete.

10. Children’s Privacy

MazeSuchi is not directed to children under the age of 13.

Bushizen does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information directly to Bushizen, contact us at bushizenlab@gmail.com.

Advertising configuration, age declarations, and consent behavior may vary according to the user’s region, applicable law, and the settings selected for the Game in Google Play and Google AdMob.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:

Request information about data processing;
Request access, correction, or deletion;
Object to or restrict certain processing;
Withdraw consent;
Opt out of certain forms of personalized advertising;
Submit a complaint to a data protection authority.

Because most gameplay information is stored locally, you can remove it using Reset Progress, clearing the application data, or uninstalling MazeSuchi.

Bushizen takes reasonable measures to protect the information handled through MazeSuchi.

Data transmitted by Google services is protected using security measures provided by Google, including encryption in transit where applicable.

However, no electronic storage or internet transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. External Services and Links

MazeSuchi may display content or interfaces operated by third-party services, such as Google Play purchase screens, advertisement interfaces, or privacy-consent forms.

Bushizen does not control the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party services. Users should review the policies of those providers before interacting with them.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Bushizen may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to MazeSuchi, applicable laws, platform requirements, advertising services, purchases, or data-processing practices.

The updated policy will be published with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of MazeSuchi after an update means that the revised policy applies from its effective date.
